Order Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information provided is correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after submitted. If an incorrect ship to address is entered on an order, customers must contact FedEx to arrange delivery to the nearest FedEx pick up location.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please measure your bath space and ensure that your tub and wall meet at a 90 degree angle, and that there are no rounded corners or obstructions that would prevent the screen from fitting correctly.
